Mr. Fong has over 20 years experience in international finance and consulting in both North American and Asian markets. Most recently Mr. Fong held the position of Vice President of American Resource Corporation where he was responsible for property and plan acquisitions as well as raising start up financing.
Mr. Fong holds both an MBA and PhD in international finance.
